The Central Iron County Water Conservancy District is currently working on a Water Infrastructure Improvement Project for it’s water system. The project includes additional waterlines, large storage tanks, and new wells. This project will help the District better provide water to its constituents in Cedar Valley.
The second phase of this project was a water transmission line that was installed along 4000 N (between Lund Hwy and 4400 W). This waterline has helped loop the District’s current system and improved the efficiency current infrastructure.
Funding for this project (and the rest of the District’s Water Improvement Project) comes from a grant/loan combination from USDA Rural Development.
